ScreenITdx Pain Disorders Screening Software

Windy Sails Software, Inc. recently released another software product, "ScreenITdx at the American Academy of Pain Management's 15th Annual Clinical Meeting in San Antonio, TX. In general, the ScreenITdx software products are designed to run on Palm Powered devices and PC computers. This unique clinical software assists physicians by directing them through a patent-pending screening process that uses specific questions to determine the most effective outcome, diagnosis, and treatment.
Excellence, over ten years of research, clinical practice and experience are the driving forces behind the development of this effective analytic software used by my colleagues. The influx of malpractice suits, questionable practice of "off-label used of medications," time management, increasing overhead, and other monetary concerns created by the "over-use of health care" and the subsequent vigilance of insurance companies has created many problems in the contemporary practice of medicine. Now, physicians and their medical staff can put the power of their hand-held computer or office computer system to work helping them diagnose and treat their most challenging patients.

Dr. Roslyn E. Feierstein is a practicing clinical psychologist with postdoctoral training in Neuropsychology, forensics, sleep disorders, pain management and advanced psychotherapy training.
